This is for clients who want a proactive planner for every aspect of their event planning and design.

  • Event Day Management: From setup to teardown, we oversee the ceremony and reception, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Event Timeline: We create a detailed schedule for the day, including setup, ceremony, reception, and teardown.

  • Vendor Communication: Assistance with vendor communication and coordination throughout the planning process.

  • Venue & Layout Planning: Help with selecting and securing a venue and designing a layout and floor plan.

  • Decor & Design Guidance: We suggest decor options, including flowers and linens, to bring your vision to life.

  • Ongoing Support: Continuous email or phone support for any questions or concerns.

    This package is perfect for clients that want to actively manage their own planning process but are seeking expert advice and the support of a partner prior to our standard Last Minute Magnolias Package.

“Last Minute Magnolias”

Perfect for clients who have planned their event, but need professional assistance to ensure a seamless expertise to get you through the final stages of planning and implementing your wedding or event without sweating the details and logistics.

WHATS INCLUDED:

  • Timeline Planning Meeting, logistics coordination, final touch base meeting 1-2 weeks prior to your event, 10 or more hours of production day or weekend of your event. We will review all last minute details and logistics of event – walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc. if needed with caterer, venue contact, décor team.

  • Day-of Coordination: We manage setup, vendor logistics, timelines, and troubleshooting to keep your event running smoothly.

  • Pre-Event Preparation: We review your event plan, vendor contracts, and confirm all details to create a detailed timeline.

  • Post-Event Management: We oversee teardown, vendor load-out, and conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in order.
