Endless Magnolias - FULL SERVICE PLANNING
Initial planning meeting to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives. This is for the clients that are looking for a proactive project manager for every aspect of their event planning and design. Work one-on-one with Magnolia Events owner Jill who will be your dedicated partner in bringing every detail of your dream wedding or event to life—from the very first idea to the final magical moment. Examples of who might benefit from this level of service are busy professionals or clients planning from out of state or out of the country where “boots on the ground” and a high level of involvement of day-to-day management and communication will be essential or clients that need the support of a partner involved with every aspect of their event to assist with organization, decision making and emotional support. Create a comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline for clients enabling them to stay on track and on budget.
Facilitate choice of appropriate vendors including, but not limited to décor, catering, rentals, linens, entertainment, photography, video, lighting and Audio Visual, hotel room blocks for out of town guests, invitations and stationery, favors, staffing needs, ceremony officiant, transportation, event insurance, and more based on style, availability, and price.
Streamline vendor introductions and set up appointments for clients based on their availability.
ATTEND ALL VENDOR MEETINGS with clients as needed.
Review vendor contracts and make recommendations.
Develop and present design and flow concepts inspired by the client that are appropriate to the time of day and chosen setting.
Present unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception.
Work with designated catering contact, floral designer, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc. to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event.
Advisement on etiquette and troubleshooting any challenges that come up while planning.
Manage mailing of invitations and managing RSVP’s as needed for client and track all guest counts.
Manage and maintain wedding website.
Design, stuff and deliver hotel amenities for out of town guests.
UNLIMITED MEETINGS to keep on track of details and design as needed.
Unlimited phone and email correspondence throughout the planning process.
Elegant Magnolias - PARTIAL PLANNING event Management
This package is perfect for clients that want to actively manage their own planning process but are seeking expert advice and the support of a partner prior to our standard Last Minute Magnolias Package. Packages starting at $6,000
Our Partial Planning service is designed for clients who have already begun their event planning journey but need expert guidance to bring their vision to life flawlessly. This service offers the perfect balance of professional support and client involvement, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed without taking over the entire process.
Our Partial Planning package includes:

Facilitate recommendations for trusted vendor partners upon client request.
Advisement on etiquette and troubleshooting any challenges that come up while planning.

Unlimited email correspondence throughout the planning process.
Implementation
Timeline Planning Meeting: We will review all last minute details and logistics of event – walk thru at event venue to discuss floor plan, flow, etc. if needed with caterer, venue contact, décor team and complete the comprehensive 5 page event implementation detail checklist.
Logistics Coordination: Create a complete production and event timeline for event, create vendor contact sheets and distribute to all vendors.
Final Touch Base Meeting: 1-2 weeks before the event go over all the details one last time with your coordinator, hand off your personal items, and sit back and relax as the big day approaches.
Wedding Party Timeline: Create Specific timeline for wedding party – distribute and review at rehearsal or to a provided email list the week of the wedding.
Coordinate Décor and Design: Work with the florist, decorator and other relevant parties to perfect the visual details of the day and assure proper and timely execution. Style personal items per the notes in the wedding checklist.
Advisement and Confirmations: Advise on gratuities and reconfirm all event details the week of the event including set up and strike times, vendor meals, rider inclusions and details that will make the event run smoothly with no surprises!
Rehearsal: Direct or assist with rehearsal the day prior to the wedding, make announcements, distribute wedding party timelines, etc. in conjuncture with or in lieu of officiant.
Production: Approximately 10 hours on day of event to supervise deliveries, set up, implementation & strike.
Manage all moving pieces of the event: Direction of vendors, attend guest needs and inquiries, trouble-shoot challenging situations, etc.
Late Night Wrap: Return Bridal Checklist Items to Bridal Suite prior to end of service – or pack in car of pre-designated friend or family member.
Staff: Includes your Magnolia Pro + one highly trained assistant.
‘Last minute Magnolias’ event planning
Book your Implementation with Magnolia Events up to 6 months before your event date. Base package hours, staffing and inclusions starting at $3,000 and bookings are limited each weekend. Work with one of our highly trained Associate Coordinators in the last 6 MONTHS prior to your event to implement your event smoothly and effectively. Build a relationship with your coordinator that allows you to gain the trust you need to release the reins of the logistics management! Get your timeline prepared BEFORE your other vendors start reaching out with all their questions and go into the final phase of your planning in control of the details.
