Welcome to Magnolia Events! My name is Jill and I created this event planning company after working more than 25 years in international corporate and nonprofit companies planning fabulous events. My experience started in Los Angeles, CA where I planned client appreciation events for more than 1,000 guests, then I moved across the country to Baton Rouge, LA and worked for national law firms and nonprofit organizations.

My team partners with CEOs, executive directors, brides-t0-be, and creative individuals who want to plan seamless and memorable events. We are highly trained and have 100+ years of combined experience implementing stylish galas, weddings, client appreciation events, corporate seminars, conferences, and celebrations.

No event is too big or small as we have planned events for groups of 50 people to more than 1,000 guests. Our goal is ensure your vision comes to life while we work behind the scenes to make the magic happen.
